The Secret Key Journal

The Secret Key Journal offers a 30 day writing practice that helps you connect to your inner wisdom.  Whether you are seasoned at journaling, or just beginning to journal, this writing practice is simple, easy and helps you listen to your intuition.

Within the Journal you will find simple prompts to help you drop into a writing experience that leads to fresh insights about your life.  In total, you spend 20 minutes a day with the journal.  These 20 minutes of writing can have a transformative effect on your life.
