		<description>I had someone ask me why you wouldn&#039;t ask an expert if you wanted to build a bridge.  The answer to that is that an expert not only knows what CAN be done to build a bridge, they also feel they know what CAN&#039;T be done to build a bridge.  It is the entrenched beliefs about what CAN&#039;T be done that blocks the capacity for the inspirations that lead to innovation and new ways of thinking.</description>
